Once we've assigned your order to one of our delivery drivers, you’ll receive a text SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route to your destination.
Please ensure that your phone number associated with your Caliva account is a mobile number, as we'll be sending you text updates regarding your delivery ETA. You can check if your contact information is correct, by going to our Account page and looking under the Contact Information section. To view your Account page, click here.
If your phone number is incorrect or your email address is incorrect, please use the "Edit" button and use the "Update" button to save the new change.
