There are several reasons why your ID could not be verified: 

1. Your ID has already been verified and is associated with another Account/Profile 
2. Your ID has expired and cannot be verified. 
3. You are under the age of 21 and could not be verified 
4. Your verification photo does not match the ID
5. There is an object obstructing your face (Mask, Sunglasses, Hat, etc...) that is preventing your verification
6. The selfie(s) you submitted were not sufficient (too dark, you light, blurry, additional faces detected, etc.. )

To get verified you must take a total of 5 photos: 

1. A clear photo of the front of your ID 
2. A clear photo of the back of your ID with the full barcode captured 
3. A clear selfie photo with ample lighting looking straight 
4. A clear selfie photo with ample lighting looking you facing the left 
5. A clear selfie photo with ample lighting looking you facing the right
