Step 1) Click on the “Forgot Password”

Step 2) Enter in the email address for your account and click "Reset Password"

Step 3) This will then send you a Verification Code, use that to create a new password, the verification code is a not a temporary password.

Step 4) Do not close out your browser (closing or deviating from this page will not allow you to enter your Verification Code), open a new browser tab and check your email 

Step 5) Go to your email and retrieve the Verification Code

Step 6) Go back to the original browser

Step 7) Enter in the Verification Code

Step 8) Create a new password and confirm the new password
