The rules regarding age differ based on whether you are a recreational customer or a medically recommended customer, and location. 

If you are a recreational customer, you must be at least 21 years of age and have a state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport as a valid form of identification. You do not need to provide a medical recommendation to place a Pickup or Delivery order. 

If you are a medically recommended customer, you must be over the age of 18 with a medical recommendation from your primary physician and have a state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport as a valid form of identification. Please note, that not all of our retail and delivery services are available to customers who are under the age of 21, please contact our customer service department to find your nearest location.
