If you happen to receive a 1/8th of flower and the security seal is cracked/broken, or open at the time you received your order, there are a couple of things we can do to help out. If possible the depot can send a new one out, and you can return the defective jar, if not possible we can issue a coupon for the value of the item pretax. Here are the steps to follow to get the process started:


1) Please email photos of the broken seal and the contents of the jar to customercaresj@caliva.com

2) The Customer Service team will then reach out to your local delivery depot or storefront about a possible replacement or coupon code.

3) If we are able to replace the item, that team will reach out in order to schedule that drop-off.

4) If the depot is unable to replace the item, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the item (Without tax included) and email it out to you.

5) This process can also be completed via our chat function and a live agent can also take the photos you provide and reach out to the team.
