We are sorry to hear that your order has been canceled.  There are a few reasons why your delivery order may have been canceled:


  1. Your Caliva Delivery driver could not reach you when they arrived at the delivery address after attempting multiple calls. For the safety of our drivers, drivers are only allowed to wait for 5 minutes prior to their departure.
  2. We could not reach you to discuss an issue with your order. 
  3. Your Caliva Driver could not locate your delivery location. 
  4. Caliva had an unforeseen issue that prevented the drive from completing your delivery.
  5. There are time constraints that prohibit your order from being delivered, state laws do not permit cannabis deliveries after 10:00 PM (PST) (or earlier based on local laws), if we believe that the delivery will not be delivered prior to 10:00 PM (PST) cutoff time, we may need to cancel the order.


If your delivery order was canceled without you being informed, please contact our customer service team, we will make every effort to re-schedule your delivery order ASAP for you.
