If the delivery address for your order is incorrect, you would need to contact our customer service department to have your delivery address changed. There are several ways to contact our customer service department, you can call 888-688-0303 or connect with an agent via chat, please click on the chat button on the bottom right-hand corner of our website. 


When you contact our customer service team, you will be asked to provide your order information regarding your account and the new delivery address.  It could take up to 10-15 minutes for changes to show on your Caliva account. 


Please note, depending on the time you contact customer service and the new location, your delivery time may be delayed or changed.
