Unfortunately, Caliva does not guarantee deliveries. Caliva will make every effort possible to deliver your order to you, but because some unforeseen circumstances may prevent our drivers to complete their deliveries, below are some instances that may occur out of our control:
- The product(s) you have in your order is no longer available or out of inventory.
- Your Caliva Driver could not locate your delivery location.
- Caliva had an unforeseen issue that prevented the drive from completing your delivery.
- There are time constraints that prohibit your order from being delivered, state laws do not permit cannabis deliveries after 10:00 PM (PST) (or earlier based on local laws), if we believe that the delivery will not be delivered prior to 10:00 PM (PST) cutoff time, we may need to cancel the order.
If Caliva cannot deliver your order at the scheduled time, we will make every effort to re-schedule for another time/date.
