Please follow these instructions to place your delivery order on our website:
To place your order, please follow the steps below, the images are for mobile devices, but the steps are the same for both laptop and mobile dev
- Go to www.caliva.com
- At the top of the page please click on “Deliver to”
3. Please click on “Delivery”
4. Enter your delivery address, select a store you are shopping, and click “Shop Delivery”
5. You can start adding items into your shopping bag by clicking “Add to Bag”
6. Once you have completed adding items to your bag, please click on the bag icon 
7. Your Shopping Bag will open, and you can review the items in your bag and the total for your order
8. Click on the “Checkout” out button once you are ready to proceed.
9. If you have a coupon code or a want to apply any loyalty points you can apply them at this stage.
10. Click on “Proceed to checkout”.
11. Select a Delivery Time when you want to have your order delivered, please keep in mind, if a time is not showing on this step, that means that delivery window is not available for delivery either because it is outside the delivery time our drivers are in your area or they have been fully booked up.
12. Please provide any Delivery Instructions in the box provided.
13. Read and check off all of the disclaimers, if you do not agree or check off the disclaimer, we cannot proceed with your delivery order.
14. Click the “Continue” button
15. Confirm what payment method you intend to pay for the order and then click on the “Continue” button
16. Click on “Confirm delivery”
17. Once completed, you will receive a “THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE!” message with your order number. If you did not get to this page, it is likely that the order did not go through because of website or connectivity issues.
